Chasing fees is easier when you know exactly who owes what. OneHive adds it up as payments are recorded, so the numbers are ready whenever the proprietor asks.

Your records belong to your school
Every school on OneHive has its own private set of records.
Kept apart by the database
Each school's records are separated inside the database itself, so a mistake in the app can't show one school's data to another.
Roles for every person
Owners, admins, accountants and teachers each get their own level of access. An accountant sees fees, and a teacher sees their classes.
A record of who did what
The owner can open an audit trail of changes, including who was invited, removed or given a new role.

Do we need to install anything?
No. OneHive runs in your web browser, so anyone with the login can use it from a laptop, tablet or phone.
Can we bring in our existing students?
Yes. You can import students in bulk instead of typing each one in.
Who can see our data?
Only the people you invite to your school, and each person's role limits what they can open. Other schools on OneHive cannot see your records.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your school. Talk to us and we'll give you a price. You can try OneHive first, and you don't need to enter any payment details to start.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You choose to subscribe and pay monthly. If a payment is late, there is a grace period before access is paused, and nothing you entered is deleted.
Is Ask AI safe to use on our records?
It only reads your data to answer the question. It cannot change or delete anything.
