What OneHive does for your school

Students
The register is the base everything else sits on, so it is quick to fill and easy to keep tidy.
- Add a student with a form, or import a class in bulk.
- Each profile shows the student's class and class history.
- Teachers can add growth notes over time.
- Promote a whole class to the next one at the end of the year.
Attendance
Marking the register should take a minute, not a period.
- Mark a class present, absent or late from one screen.
- Holidays and midterms you set in the calendar are not counted as school days.

Fees and revenue
Tuition and daily fees behave differently, and OneHive treats them that way.

- Feeding and studies fees are recorded as they're paid, so an unpaid day is simply not there.
- Every payment records whether it was cash, mobile money or bank transfer.

Grades and report cards
Scores go in once and come out as report cards.
